1. General

By purchasing any product or service through this website you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Digital Products & Workbooks

All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads no refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

3. Events & Experiences

All event tickets are strictly non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person provided you notify us at least 7 days before the event date. Please contact us at [email protected] with the name and contact details of the person taking your place.

In the unlikely event of a full cancellation by the organiser, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event.

4. Coaching & 1:1 Sessions

All coaching and 1:1 session purchases are non-refundable. However we understand that life happens. You may reschedule your session up to two times provided you give at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session will be forfeited.

5. Photography & Video Consent

At live events a photographer and videographer may be present. By attending you consent to being photographed and video recorded including behind the scenes footage. Images and footage may be used for promotional purposes across Ange Behind The Brand platforms and social media.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed please notify us in advance.

6. Personal Responsibility

All purchases and attendance are voluntary. Ange Behind The Brand accepts no liability for any personal outcomes resulting from coaching sessions, events, or digital products purchased through this site.
